Gaslight Theatre is proud to present “The Taming of the Shrew,” a production of Shakespeare in the Park.
The show will start at 8 p.m. on Aug. 30-31 and Sep. 7-8 at Humphrey Heritage Village.
Bring your lawn chair, pack a picnic and enjoy the latest Gaslight Production. “Taming of the Shrew” transports Shakespeare’s classic comedy to Oklahoma, where cowboy hats and funky Southern prevail. With the setting of a busy trailer park, this red-dirt remix brings out the memories of the original play with the love and charm of Oklahoma. Expect some honky-tonk music, antics, and the timeless battle of the sexes.
