The City of Enid announced on Tuesday that the intersection of South Garland Rd. and Lowes Dr. will be put in “Red Flash” fail-safe mode.
The intersection will remain in fail-safe mode from now until Friday, Nov. 8. Signal crews will be doing circuit board repairs inside the control cabinet during this timeframe.
