Main Street Enid has announced the return of its Downtown Teens Summer Program.
The event allows teens ages 14-19 to take an active role in developing the downtown Enid area.
The initiative offers participants to plan and host community events, participate in the Downtown Teens Committee, engage with the community and develop professional and creative skills.
Main Street Enid Director, Natalie Rapp, expressed her excitement of the program’s return.
“We’re thrilled to continue this program and empower our local teens to contribute meaningfully to our downtown community,” said Rapp. “Their creativity and enthusiasm bring a unique perspective to our events, and we’re especially excited for them to help shape the future of our downtown by showing us what they would like to see in the district.”
Applications for the summer program are open until May 15.
