Northern Oklahoma College Fine Arts has announced it will be presenting a holiday concert on the NOC-Enid campus on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
The concert will take place at Bivins Chapel inside the Marshall Building at 6:30 p.m.
The show, titled ” Festival of Angels: The Sacred Carols of Dan Forrest”, will feature eight familiar sacred Christmas carols arranged in a fresh, unique way by Forrest.
