The City of Enid announced they are in search of a City Attorney
The City Attorney must represent the legal interests of Enid in all matters, including municipal, state and federal court, in union negotiations, and in the adoption and implementation of procedures.
Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, May 7, with the following requirements:
- Education/experience requirements include a Juris Doctorate Degree and more than 5 years of related experience/training.
- Must know laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules and the democratic political process.
- Knowledgeable in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques and the coordination of people and resources.
Total salary ranges from $118K to $159K annually, with room for negotiation.
