ODOT is planning to pave the north and south shoulders of East Willow Rd. starting at the beginning of next week.
The construction effort will last from Monday, June 24 to Wednesday, July 3 on a section of East Willow spanning from North 10th St. to North 30th St. Flaggers will be escorting traffic with a pilot truck due to intermittent traffic stops.
Traffic will return to its usual flow at the end of every day during the construction effort.
