Austin Box “12” Foundation to Host Drug Take-Back Event

The Austin Box “12”  Foundation is hosting a Drive Thru Drug Take-Back event to help the Enid community dispose of medical substances.

This event allows you to drop off unwanted medications, used/unused needles, syringes, and lancets safely and cleanly. Stop by the Government Springs Park on Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; free Narcan Nasal Spray and Medication Lock Boxes will be provided.

All sharp equipment must be stored in a puncture-proof container for safe disposal.

Free lunch will be distributed by the Salvation Army of Enid.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics will assist in the operation of the event.
