Traffic Cabinet Replacement Scheduled for West Maine and Van Buren

The City of Enid has announced that traffic signal crews will be replacing the traffic control cabinet at the intersection of West Maine and Van Buren on Friday, January 31.

The construction effort will prompt several brief periods for the intersection to operate as a four-way stop, with stop signs placed in all four directions between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the area during the construction effort.
