The City of Enid recently announced four new road closures slated for the upcoming weeks.
- Grizzly Lane
- A small section of 502 Grizzly Lane will be closed to contractors to replace a street panel.
- The closure is expected to last from July 29 to Aug. 9.
- West Willow Rd.
- West Willow Rd. will be closed from Tuesday, July 30 to Friday, Aug. 2 for an asphalt overlay.
- The construction will span from Wheatridge Rd. to North Garland Rd.
- Residents are requested to find alternative parking as driveway access will be restricted during the closure.
- East Ohio Ave.
- East Ohio Ave. will receive minor concrete repairs on a small South 3rd and Ohio intersection section.
- The closure is expected to last from July 29 to Aug. 5.
- Broadway Ave. and Washington St.
- Broadway Ave. and Washington St.’s sidewalk will be closed for improvements from Aug. 5 to 23.
- The closure is located at the intersection of the mentioned streets.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and detour routes and to drive cautiously in these areas during construction.
