Graveside services for Iona McKittrick, 81, Enid resident, will be held at on in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Iona was born on May 11, 1942 in Owego, New York, the daughter of Francis Mott and Alice Brainard Mott, and passed away peacefully on June 1, 2023 at her residence. She graduated from Owego Free Academy in Owego, New York. Iona moved to Enid and worked for NORCE for twenty-two years. She married Jim McKittrick on January 16, 1967 in Enid. He preceded her in passing in April of 2019. survivors include daughters, Lynette and husband Charles Meier of Garber, Audrey Hollis of Enid; sons, Jim McKittrick, Jr. of Enid, Paul McKitrick of Enid; granddaughters, Miste Munden of Garber, and Kalie Hollis of Enid; grandsons, Curtis Meier of Garber, Jace McKittrick of Garber, Cody (Wife Jessie) Hollis of Tulsa; great-granddaughters, Amelia Munden of Tulsa and Peyton Munden of Garber, Slater Munden of Garber, and Aiza McKittrick of Enid; great-grandson, Jason Meier of Garber, and Colt Hollis of Tulsa. Iona was preceded in passing by her parents, her husband Jim, sister, Shirley Weber, sister Barbara Godfrey, sister, Ruth Jayne, and brother, Frank Mott.
