Thank you for your participation in the 24th Annual Merrifield Office Supply Invitational
Tournament. NOC DOES NOT HAVE LIGHTS so games will be starting an hour
earlier and spaced two hours apart to make sure we can finish before dark. (If
something happens and we have the last game at NOC suspended because of
darkness we will move to David Allen to finish after the last game is completed there
that night.) All games will be played at David Allen on Saturday.
Some guidelines for the tournament:
● $300 Entry Fee (Please make checks payable to Pioneer High School)
● 3 baseballs per game
● Run rule:
10 after 3 innings
8 after 4 innings
6 after 5 innings
● Time Limit: 2 Hours (From the 1st Pitch) at NOC, NO TIME LIMIT AT
DAVID ALLEN
● No infield will be taken during the tournament. Please have your team ready to
play at the scheduled time.
● Please have your lineups to the press box 30 minutes before your scheduled
game if it’s your first game and as soon as possible for your second game so
that the radio and official scorekeeper can get the names in the scorebook.
● We will flip for home team as soon as the previous game ends so that the
press box can get things lined up for the next game.
● NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS AT EITHER FACILITY!!!!
Tie Breakers-
1. Head to Head
2. Fewest Runs Allowed
3. Run Differential (10 run maximum per game)
4. Fewest Walks Allowed (intentional walks DO NOT count)
5. Coin Toss

weather or if you want to check if games are running behind schedule. You can
also tune into the radio to find out if games are on schedule or running behind at
David Allen.
