Things have been a little quiet for CTB Sports the last couple of weeks. We aren’t complaining though. Some times you gotta get a chance to recharge and we’ve definitely needed a recharge after going from State Tournament baseball, to JUCO World Series, and right into the Connie Mack State Championship. We’ve enjoyed our downtime but now it’s time to get back at it as more summer baseball is on the agenda for this week. The Enid Plainsmen (also known as Enid Blue) are going to be hosting a baseball festival this Thursday and Friday and CTB Sports will be there to cover the young Plainsmen. Head Coach Brad Gore has informed us of what the schedule will look like this week. Enid will play 4 games throughout the 2 days. They’ll take on Woodward twice and Newton twice. It’s a 4-team festival with Jones being the 4th team in the festival. Enid and Jones are not scheduled to play each other this festival (the two teams played each other just a few weeks ago).
