In this interview, CTB Sports Director Derek Darr sat down with the Drummond Head Basketball Coach Brady Kokojan to discuss the upcoming 2024-2025 basketball season.
Kokojan began by discussing how the team is shaping up with only one returning player.
“It was a little different, we only have one returning starter and [player], Colton Dillingham, so it’s a really important off-season for us. [A] lot of new guys who have not been in our program, [were] getting them more minutes and more continuity together. But it’s been good though, really has.”
Derek asked the coach how the season had been going so far for the Bulldogs:
“Pretty good, especially for a lot of new parts. We [went] on the road and beat a really good Lomega team, [and] played really good as a team. [that’s] what it’s gonna take for us every night is playing together as a team. We did that against a really good Cimmarron team Friday night…they were pretty tough, so that was a really good win for us, a good confidence booster.”
