The Enid Plainsmen Head Football Coach Cameron COndor sat down with CTB Sports Director Derek Darr to discuss their upcoming game against the Moore Lions.
Condor began by talking about the previous game against Jenks.
“I felt like those kids did what we intended them to do to gain some experience against a really good football team. After the game, I pretty much grabbed Zerek and I said ‘Nothing gets much scarier than that. Let’s build on this, you got your feet wet…."”
Coach gave some insight into Moore’s team and what they have.
“They’ve got a ton of seniors, so their improvement from last year is noticeable for sure. They have a lot of skilled kids, quarterbacks, very good athletes; [the] defense line plays hard, linebackers are big and physical, runningbacks run the ball well, receivers do a good job of finding open space; so they’ve got a good football team.”
The Enid Plainsmen will face the Moore Lions on Nov. 7; you can listen to the game LIVE on CTB Sports at 1390 & 1640 am. Pregame begins at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff at 7 p.m.
