Kaden Manuel, Derrek Daugherty, and William Karbs Named Players of the Year for Class B


Prior to the Oklahoma 8-Man All-Star Game, several Northwest Oklahoma Football players were recognized for incredible senior seasons. Seiling Quarterback Kaden Manuel was named the Class B Offensive Player of the Year, Covington-Douglas Linebacker Derrek Daugherty, and Okeene Linebacker William Karbs were named the Class B Defensive Players of the Year. While Seiling Wildcats Head Football Coach Gary Manuel was named the Class B Coach of the year.

Derrek Daugherty had 147 tackles in his senior season and plans to play football in college while studying to become an orthodontist. William Karbs had 129 tackles and 4 sacks on the year as he helped lead the Whippets to the State Semi-Finals.

Kaden Manuel was dominant 1716 yards passing and 2074 yards rushing. Congratulations to all 3 athletes on a great season!
