In this interview, CTB Sports Director Derek Darr sat down with the Lady Warriors Head Girls Basketball Coach Brett Tahah to discuss the Road to the Gold Ball Matchups.
Coach Tahah began by discussing what has led to the success of the Lady Warriors.
“One thing we have really focused on is just doing little things right and [the] defensive mentality of the girls…I have a group of kids that just work their tail[s] off every single day so that is a big contributor to our success so far this year.”
The coach also outlined some key players in the lineup.
“It’s definitely a team effort; Katie Parham had 33 points for us and probably one of her best games of the year. Scout Payne coming back from her knee injury has really made a difference for us. Callie Cramer is coming on strong; she’s a sophomore…Harper White, Avery Sheiber, [and] Kylie Harper are all doing a great job for us.”
