Due to expected severe weather, the Enid Plainsmen will be taking on Southmoore on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at David Allen Memorial Ballpark. The Plainsmen are currently 5-0 in district play despite having a young team.
Enid defeated Southmoore on Monday night in a 4-2 thriller. Enid was in a Pitcher’s duel until scoring 3 in the 5th inning, taking a 3-0 lead. The Plainsmen padded the lead with a run in the 6th. Then Enid weathered the storm, surviving a 2 run homer in the 7th inning to win 4-2.
