KELLY CLARKSON DROPS CHRISTMAS ALBUM: Kelly Clarkson ninth studio album, When Christmas Comes Around…dropped Friday (Oct. 15th). The 15-track collection features a mix of new, original songs and Christmas classics including duets with Ariana Grande and Chris Stapleton. Clarkson said in a release, “’When Christmas Comes Around…’ captures how different the holidays can be for all of us during the varying stages of our lives, and I hope everyone can find something on the record they relate to. Hopefully the happier songs, but if not, hey… you’re not alone!”
MEGHAN TRAINOR RELEASES NEW HOLIDAY SINGLE: Meghan Trainor dropped her cover of the classic, “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” Friday (Oct. 15th). The track will be included on the Deluxe Edition of her holiday album, A Very Trainor Christmas, available as a digital exclusive on October 29th. She also puts her own spin on the Darlene Love classic “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” and introduces the original track, “Christmas Coupon.”
