(Enid, OK) On March 3rd, 2020, officers were dispatched to Staples located at 3418 W. Garriott in reference to a fraud. It was reported that a male subject used a fraudulent check in an attempt to purchase several items. The male attempted to buy a Dell laptop worth $579.99, a HP laptop worth $239.99, 2 year service contracts on both laptops for $99.99 each, a Caselogic 15.6 case worth $34.99, a Calais fountain pen worth $19.99 and a Bailey Light White pen worth $17.99. When the transaction was declined the male left the store.
