Alec Baldwin had “absolutely no control” over his emotions on the set of the film Rust, according to New Mexico prosecutors. The actor, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter for accidentally shooting and killing the film’s cinematographer, is accused of repeatedly changing his story and lying about the incident. In a recently disclosed 32-page document, prosecutor Kari Morrissey outlined the details, claiming that Baldwin’s erratic behavior on set contributed to safety failures. The prosecutor also argued that Baldwin constructed a false narrative to shift blame onto others. Baldwin’s defense team, on the other hand, has filed a motion to dismiss the indictment, accusing the prosecutors of various abuses. The trial is scheduled for July in Santa Fe.
