Tyler posted late Monday on social media… “I'm heartbroken to say I have received strict doctor's orders not to sing for the next thirty days.” He went on the say that he “sustained vocal cord damage during Saturday's show (September 9) that led to subsequent bleeding.”

Concerts in Chicago, Detroit, Washington, Toronto, Raleigh and Cleveland are the ones affected. Aerosmith's next show is set for October 11th, in Tampa.
