Peter Gabriel has dropped the 12th and final “full moon release” of the year. One-by-one he’s previewed the new collection, every month on the first day of the full moon. About the new song, he said “Live And Let Live” is about “forgiveness, tolerance and optimism”.
Gabriel’s new album i/o, which he wrote and produced himself, will be out on Friday (12-1).
About that, he said: “Music can be like a box of mood pills that we can use to treat ourselves and a lot of the work of the Reverberation project is focused on that sort of idea.”
The album is made up of two different mixes of each of the 12 songs. A box set, that will include a 3rd remix version, will be out in March.
