Tommy Lee faces accusations of sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed on Friday (December 15th).
Rolling Stone reports that plaintiff Jane Doe accused the Motley Crue drummer of "forcibly groping, kissing and penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation" during a February 2003 helicopter trip from San Diego County to Van Nuys, California.
In her suit, the woman says she suffered “great shock, distress, humiliation, shame and guilt" that prevented her from reporting the incident earlier.
The plaintiff also believes pilot David Martz and Lee used the helicopter to lure other unsuspecting victims.
She is seeking unspecified monetary damages for medical expenses and loss of earnings.
