Panama City’s Kickoff Jam this summer, will feature Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood, Oak Ridge Boys and Alabama. The festival runs Labor Day weekend… August 30 through September 1.
Three-day passes range from $300 to $1400 and go on sale April 24. Financing plans are available. A few of the other acts include Rhett Akins, Needtobreathe, Pam Tillis, Randy Houser, and Lauren Alaina.
