The truck driver involved in a fatal car crash that killed Dixie Chicks founding member Laura Lynch could face criminal charges for her death.
Texas Department of Public Safety PIO Sgt. Eliot Torres tells TMZ that the driver is being investigated to determine whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the wreck.
Lynch died on December 22nd, 2023 in a head-on collision on Route 62 near Conudas, Texas. She was 65 at the time of her death.
