Kanye West Announces Donda Listening Event In Atlanta

Kanye West has announced an Atlanta listening event to preview his new album Donda.  Live Nation is billing the event as “Kanye West Presents A Donda Listening Event,” will take place at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Thursday (July 22nd) at 8 p.m. Kanye fans can purchase tickets at Ticketmaster.com. Prices are $50 and $20.

Meanwhile, several attendees of Kanye's Sunday (July 18th) listening party in Las Vegas had great things to say about the album. Justin LaBoy called Donda "Album of The Year." Justin also confirmed that the album will be out this week, saying, "Kanye West album is really done.  When it drops this week, we probably not going to listen to anything else for a while.. Let me go enjoy all the current artist I’m listening to until then. God bless #Respectfully." He added, "Kanye had Kevin Durant at 7 feet tall dancing while the album was playing. Sh*t was crazy. Ok I’m really out this time."

The album will allegedly feature Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Future, Baby Keem, Post Malone, Playboi Cart and more.

Meanwhile, The Sun reported that in one song called "Welcome To My Life," Kanye details his divorce from Kim Kardashian. In the song, he compared his marital home to a "prison" and said that he "escaped from Calabasas."

An insider said, “He talks about the kids and mentions her taking everything. After he played this song he paused for like, two minutes, and cried. It was really somber."
