Jesus Is King 2, the Dr. Dre-produced follow-up to Kanye West’s 2019 gospel album, has leaked online. The 15-track project features remixes of songs that originally appeared on Jesus Is King along with new verses by West, and from guests like 2 Chainz, Snoop Dogg, A$AP Ferg, Pusha T, Marsha Ambrosius, and more. Ye first announced Jesus Is King 2 back in November of 2019, just weeks after the release of the expanded version of the original album. “Ye and Dre Jesus is King Part II coming soon,” he tweeted. “Jesus Is King is my first clean album. I used to spend all my time trying to make my beats be mixed as good as Dr. Dre. Who knew all I had to do was do an album for God and then Dr. Dre would start mixing my beats?" But it never arrived, and joined the pile of unreleased albums West has made.
