Kelis has reportedly ended her relationship with Bill Murray after two months of dating. Sources told the U.S. Sun that the singer, 44, and the 72-year-old actor still care about each other, but were undone by their busy schedules. “Kelis and Bill were—and still are—very fond of each other but things just ran their course,” one insider said. “They both have busy schedules and after a whirlwind romance decided to go their separate ways. They hope to remain friends but also plan to get on with their lives.”
The couple barely acknowledged their relationship until recently. In fact, just a day before news of the split broke, someone on Instagram asked Kelis if she was dating Murray and she quickly replied, “ugh, no!” The two were first rumored to be an item in June when Murray attended a Kelis concert in London.
