Nick Carter of Backstreet Boys is facing a third sexual abuse lawsuit, this time from a woman who claims that he assaulted her multiple times when she was 15 years old. The Jane Doe accuser (identified as “A.R.”) filed the suit Monday in Las Vegas court, claiming that the assaults happened in 2003 on a yacht and once on a tour bus. Carter was in his early 20s at the time. She claims Carter “knowingly provided alcohol and drugs” and then assaulted her “despite her repeated refusals and requests for him to stop.” The incidents allegedly left her with STDs and other lasting effects.

Carter is already being sued for sexual assault by Shannon “Shay” Ruth, who says Carter raped her on a tour bus when she was 17, and Melissa Schuman, an ex-member of teen-pop group Dream. He denies the accusations and is countersuing both women for defamation, saying he’s victim of “conspiracy.”
