Taylor Swift Stalker Arrested Outside Of Her Home Again

David Crowe, the man who has been arrested twice this week outside Taylor Swift's apartment in New York, appeared in court yesterday over the second incident — and was busted again on the singer's block two hours later. He had just been arraigned on two counts of harassment and two counts of stalking — and a protection order was issued — so Crowe was arrested for criminal contempt. A law enforcement source told TMZ that Crowe is "aware of what he's doing and he's articulate. He is fixated on her and cannot keep away from where she lives. We are doing all we can to protect [Swift]." The pop star has been seen out and about in New York City this week, including a night out with Brittany Mahomes and Cara Delevingne on Tuesday. She had apparently been away during Crowe's other arrests.
