1,000 Staff members Across Enid Were Taught How To Deal With A School Shooter

About 1,000 staff members across the Enid School District were taught the Run. Hide. Fight. active shooter response on Friday, September 1st at Enid Public Schools. The training was by the Louisiana State University National Center for Biomedical Research Center. They partnered with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety and Organization who brought six instructors who aided in training.

All staff members went through multiple simulations of an active shooter, which included simulated gunfire.
