Alice Cooper Coming to the Stride Bank Center in October

Legendary rock star Alice Cooper is coming to the Stride Bank Center for a show that will take place on October 17th later this year. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 am and can be purchased at the Stride Bank Center box office or their website stridebankcenter.com.

Alice Cooper is best known for his hits “No More Mr. Nice Guy”, “I’m 18”, “School’s Out”, “Poison”, and “Under My Wheels”. Cooper was born on February 4th, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan as Vincent Furnier. The son of a pastor he formed a passion for music in high school.

Cooper formed a band with friends performing at bars before they moved to Los Angeles and changed the name to Alice Cooper after being signed by a record label in 1969. Shortly afterwards Alice Cooper released his 1st album “Pretties for You”.

The rest is history, the group became a hit and has remained a mainstay in popular culture to this day.
