(Enid, OK) The City of Enid Engineering Department announced lane closures at the intersection of South Cleveland Street and West Owen K. Garriott Road beginning Thursday, July 9, 2020.
The lane closures will consist of the following:
- Northbound outside lane of South Cleveland Street between Indian Drive and West Owen K Garriott Road
- Eastbound outside lane of West Owen K. Garriott Road between South Cleveland Street and South Hayes Street
This lane closures will allow contractors to construct new approaches and curbs associated with the new development and is anticipated to take two weeks to complete.
Additionally, city of Enid street officials announced today that the area of 2900 Candlestick Lane and the area of 2900 Cellar Door Lane will be closed beginning Thursday July 9, 2020. Both locations will be one lane until repairs are finished.
This closure is expected to last approximately two weeks and will allow contractors to complete concrete repairs.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and drive with extreme caution in the area during construction.
