Earthquake Shakes Up Hennessey

(Hennessey, OK) A small earthquake shook the town of Hennessey last night. The quake, measuring a magnitude of 3.2 on the Richter scale, came at approximately 9 pm on May 7th located along the Cimarron River just southwest of Enid, according to the US Geological Survey.

This is the second earthquake the area has felt in the past week, the first recorded on Monday. Both quakes have had an equal magnitude between 3.1 and 3.2.
