(Enid, OK) Enid mayor George Pankonin signed a new emergency declaration last night opening up the city effective today. The special meeting was canceled last night due to an error in the meeting ID on the agenda.
The vote will take place on the regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 5th.
