The Enid Fire Department and the Oklahoma Burn Survivors Camp were present at the presentation of the KNID Cup on Wednesday, June 28th. The Enid Fire Department won the traveling trophy after defeating the Enid Police Department 12-2 in the Guns N Hoses Softball game.

During the game, the Enid Fire Department raised money for the Oklahoma Burn Survivors Camp which is a camp held in August in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Here is a description of the camp from the camp website “Camp Egan is a professionally staffed facility that allows campers to enjoy a variety of outdoor and indoor activities. These activities include swimming, kayaking, arts and crafts, hiking, and much more! Campers also get to hang out with firefighters from across the state of Oklahoma!”

Rochelle with the Burn Survivors camp brought along a camper for the trophy presentation named Eli who was excited to be attending the camp for the second straight year.
