The Enid Stampede Triathlon will be held Saturday, June 10th at Champlin Pool from 7 am to noon. It is a super sprint triathlon, meaning the race will consist of 4 laps in the pool down and back, followed by a 10-mile bike ride down Broadway and by NOC Enid.
Enid Police will block off part of the road for the race which will end with a 2-mile run. Money raised for the race will go towards the Enid Aquatic Club and Chisholm Public Schools cross country. John Mills one of the organizers of the event spoke with CTB News about the race.
