Library Hosts Art Contest for Children

The Enid Public Library put out the following press release.

The Public Library of Enid and Garfield County is hosting an art contest for children from Friday, April 14th thru Friday, May 1st.

The library invites students from 1st-5th grade to create artwork in celebration of Mother’s Day. Art should highlight any and all things that mothers do. An area is set up in the Children’s Department for students to complete their artwork, all supplies included. Three prizes in two different age categories will be awarded: 1st-3rd grade and 4th-5th grade. Artwork should be completed and turned in to the library service desk no later than Friday, May 1st.
