(Enid, OK) Water will be off in several areas of Enid on Thursday while tie-wins are completed.
The outages will be at at Madison from Garriott to Park, Independence from Oklahoma to Park, Park from Independence to Jefferson, and Jefferson from Garriott to Park.
The outages are expected to last until 5 p.m. tonight.
