1940 - 2024
Allen had many nicknames- he was known as Gene, Big Al, Ark, “Pops”, Peepaw, dad or daddy. He was 83 years young! His family was by his side as he was welcomed into his heavenly home on May 17, 2024.
Allen was a humble, kindhearted, fun-loving and caring man. He was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He loved his family, his dogs, enjoyed hunting, and cutting up with his family and friends. He had such zeal for life up to the last days, he was still making people laugh until he just couldn’t anymore.

Son Allen Grant Roberts, wife Corey of Joshua, Texas; Daughter Shelia Renee’ Bell, husband Farron of Enid, Oklahoma

Chastity Roberts of Houston, Texas
Derek James Roberts of Salt Lake City, Utah
Dillon Roberts and son Lucas Roberts of Joshua, Texas
Dakota Ferrell and son Dakota Bradley Ferrell and daughter Mayella Ferrell of Blum, Texas
Canyon Ferrell of Blum, Texas
Sister Ruth Maddux and husband James and daughter Sarah of Greenwood, Arkansas
Other Numerous nephews, nieces, beloved “bonus” family members and cherished friends.
Adored dogs Harley and Sophie Rose
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, many of his siblings, the love of his life Florence Householder, and his adored dogs- Dottie, Li'l Man, and Miss May.
