A Celebration of Life Service for Linda Sue Lyon, age 73 of Enid, will be Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Enid Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Linda was born on May 26, 1950, in Enid, Oklahoma to Robert and Turah Cline Flowers and passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 in Enid.
She was an LPN and worked passionately as a nurse in Enid for many years. She devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and to being the best nurse that she could be to her patients.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Turah Matussak, nieces Leanne Dye, Jennifer Dye and Andrea Wilson. She leaves behind her three daughters, Jacque Garver, Crystal Knight and Marieta Coulson, seven siblings, Leota Musto and husband Steven, Randy Vrska and wife Jeanette, Rita Gaunt and husband Greg, Mary Wilson, David Matussak, Joseph Matussak and wife Patricia and James Matussak and wife Valerie along with many nieces nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
