Not much changed in my outlook on the NFL season going forward in 2020. The Buffalo Bills have continuously proven that last year was truly their “one year away” year. The 2020 Bills are a WAGON. Josh Allen is proving to be a sensational grab as the third QB off the board in the 2018 NFL Draft. It’s no longer a team that has its defense carry the offense to a playoff birth. As a matter of fact, the offense filled with weapons like Stephon Diggs out wide and Devin Singletary in the backfield may even be the strength on this team.

If you remember last years NFL Wild Card weekend, the Bills were booted from the playoffs due to this incredible Deshaun Watson play in overtime.

Without that play, the Bills have the Texans out of field goal range on a third and long, only needing a field goal to win the game.

Point being, the Bills are for real. The Bills might be building their own perennial power in Western New York with the Pittsburgh Steelers model. They have the great defense a cold weather city, and a mobile, yet strong and durable quarterback.

It was a toss up between filling the 10 spot with either the Colts or the Browns. However despite the electric offensive explosion by Cleveland in Dallas on Sunday, we must remember how poor that Cowboys defense is, and how bad the prior opponents the Browns have beaten. Yes, the Colts aren’t world-beaters themselves, but when it comes to trust, I’m taking Philip Rivers and a proven franchise over Baker Mayfield and a historical laughing stock.

Luckily for us, we only have to wait a week to figure out if I was right! The Colts head to Cleveland to take on the Browns in Week 5. If the Indy defense can hold their own, we might have to start talking about the Colts as the definitive favorite out of the AFC South.
