Power outages have caused traffic lights near Grand and E Willow and E Willow and N Van Buren to be malfunctioning. Oklahoma Natural Gas also confirmed that as of 1:49 PM today 1477 customers in the Enid area are without power. They currently estimate power restoration at around 2:26 PM according to OGE.com.
