On 9/20/19, Officers were sent to the 1500 block of Suggett in reference to a theft. The reporting party stated that her daughters bicycle was stolen from the residence. Video surveillance from the residence shows a slender white male with gym shorts, a back pack, baseball cap, and a tank top at the residence. The video also shows the male attempting to gain entry into the vehicles in the driveway prior to stealing the bicycle.
