City of Enid Engineering officials announced that, today, on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, South Cleveland Street near West Cherokee Avenue will be reduced to two lane traffic. In addition, access to West Cherokee Avenue from South Cleveland Street will be limited.
These closures will allow utility crews to install utility poles at this location. The closure will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will remain in place until approximately 5:00 p.m. when the work is completed.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with caution in this area during the construction effort.
