Rangers Score 5 Runs In 1st Inning, But Fall On Opening Day At Kansas City 14-10

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (CBSDFW.COM/AP) – The Rangers scored five runs right off the bat against the Kansas City Royals on Thursday, April 1.

But the Royals offense was no joke on Opening Day either as they came right back and scored five runs off Rangers starter Kyle Gibson who only recorded one out.

The Royals ended up defeating the Rangers 14-10 at Kauffman Stadium.
