Enid High School Experienced Brief Lockdown After Notice of “Suspicious Object”

(Enid, OK) Enid High School saw a brief lockdown after a student brought a “suspicious object” to school.

According to Enid High, the school went on lockdown, per district policy, until the situation could be assessed by police.

The issue was quickly resolved and operations resumed.

The school said via social media post, “We appreciate how quickly our administrators acted to ensure the safety of our Plainsmen and Pacers. Thank you for your support of Enid High School”.
