Megan Thee Stallion Talks About Getting Therapy After Mother’s Death

When Megan Thee Stallion’s mom, died in 2019 and then her grandmother shortly after, she says therapy is what helped her through it.

In an interview with People.com, she said, “I've lost both of my parents. Now I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, who do I talk to? What do I do?” And that’s when she got help.

She says that one way she learned to deal with her mom’s death was to pray. And when she has situations come up that she doesn’t know how to handle, she thinks about what her mom would do.

She wants people to know that it’s OK to ask for help.
