The city of Enid announced that East Birch Avenue will have a portion closed off to through traffic to allow contractors to complete concrete repair work. This road construction is expected to last longer than usual and should take 7 weeks before completion.
The announcement also noted that it is the 3rd phase of the road construction project on East Birch Avenue.
