Enid Chief of Police Bryan Skaggs who has been heavily involved with turning the old city landfill into a mountain bike trail said having the trail officially designated as a park would allow the park to apply for federal and state funding.

Also during the meeting, the city approved different construction project bids and approve claims on the city budget in the amount of  $10,182,640.49.  The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 19th at 6:30 pm.
